J Concepts partnered with SOS Children’s Villages to deliver the YouthCan! Mentorship Program 2024, focused on helping young people build skills to learn, earn and lead. The training was delivered through three pathways; Education, Entrepreneurship and Employability, aimed to prepare participants for the future by building confidence, leadership and problem solving skills.
As part of the program, we took the participants on a site visit to SweetBox, where the owner, Mariama Njie Senghore, shared her entrepreneurial journey and inspired them with her story of growth and resilience.
