J Concepts facilitated a training for the newly established Secretariat of the Circular Economy Network, an initiative by WasteAid aimed at promoting sustainable waste management and economic resilience in The Gambia. The training provided an overview of the Secretariat’s roles and responsibilities, helping members understand their function in coordinating activities, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting member initiatives. It also introduced key concepts in governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement and fundraising, laying the foundation for effective network coordination and future role specific training.
